Rubber masterbatch H-80

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also available.

Compared with traditional crystalline HMT, Actmix® H-80GE F500 has the following advantages:
All 100µm raw material HMT can pass through the sieve, and no dust will fly when processed into masterbatch,
which improves the working environment and protects the health of operators;
As the masterbatch H-80 is wrapped with rubber carrier,
the water absorption of HMT is reduced, effectively ensuring the stability and activity of HMT;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
improves the dispersion quality of HMT in the compound, and prevents white spots on the finished product;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion production, reduces the reject rate,
improves production efficiency; and has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granule, P stands for flake, E stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N stands for using NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier
, A stands for using ACM as carrier, EO stands for using ECO as carrier,
F140 indicates the filtration micron rating of the filter screen.
